Regular monthly meetings of the Executive and committees of Uptowne Olds.
THIS IS A SPECIAL GENERAL MEETING OF THE MEMBERSHIP AND REGULAR BUSINESS MEETING.
The special meeting will be a vote to ratify the bylaws of the new independent non-profit society of Uptowne Olds. Bylaws will be available via email to members in good standing for 2021.
Please contact info@uptowneolds.com if you have not received a copy of the bylaws by July 30, 2021.
Voting to accept the bylaws as presented and/or amended can be made in proxy no later than 6 pm, August 24, 2021. One vote per member business.
The vote will take place upon the opening of the meeting and will proceed into the regular business meeting once the vote to accept the bylaws has been ratified by the membership.
